Mini Pikler/See Saw Pivot is made from 3 x 25mm Dowels.

Dowels are inserted into frames (as shown)for extra strength.
Made from 17mm untreated pine all sides and corners are rounded and sanded smooth. 
All products are made with stainless screws for extra strength and longevity and high grade external wood glue. 
All dowels/rungs are inset into the supports and screwed in for extra strength.
